A: We accept most major credit cards including Visa & Mastercard.

What is your Shipping Policy?
A: Most Items will ship within 2 to 15 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.

What do I do if I have problems with my order?
A: If you have problems with your order please contact us first right away. We will do everything we can to remedy all problems in a timely fashion.

Is your site secure?
A: Yes. Our site is hosted on secure servers and the checkout process is encrypted for your protection.

What if I'm looking for an item that you don't currently carry?
A: If you can't find the item you are looking for please contact us with the product name and description and we will do what we can to help.

How do we handle Returns?
A: If there is a defect in the product or if it was damaged in shipment, we will pay for the return and replace it.  If you receive the product and it is not damaged or defective customer pays return shipping and a 25% restocking fee.
