What is your Shipping Policy?
A: Most Items will ship within 2 to 15 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.

A: If you can't find the item you are looking for please contact us with the product name and description and we will do what we can to help.

How do we handle Returns?
A: If there is a defect in the product or if it was damaged in shipment, we will pay for the return and replace it.  If you receive the product and it is not damaged or defective customer pays return shipping and a 25% restocking fee.
